Software Development Internship for Fetal Ultrasound Analysis Application - Lyon

DIAGNOLY is a DeepTech start-up headquartered in Lyon, France.

Our aim is to improve fetal screening and simplify obstetric ultrasound technique for the doctor. To do so, we develop an intelligent medical hardware device that will be connected to ultrasound machines. Analyzing the fetal examination in real time, our product will help doctors to detect the most complex fetal pathologies prenatally.

Increasing significantly prenatal detection rate of fetal pathologies, our product will reduce the risk of lifelong disabilities, handicap or lethal outcomes for concerned babies.

Software Development Internship for Fetal Ultrasound Analysis Application

Examples of internship topics (non-exhaustive list!):

• Participate in the development of a licensing system service for a mobile application (under the supervision of Software engineer)
• Implement new application features (from the logic to the UI/UX design and development)
• Integrate an existing Android application in a new Kotlin Multi-Platform Application
• Develop the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) approach in Gitlab
• Help improving stability and robustness of the application by : implementing automatic tests, refactoring the code, improving the build processes, improving the current crash report system.

Profile

Student doing a Master 2 or in his/her last year of an engineering degree in Computer Science

Required

• Knowledge of C++ or Java
• More than knowledge of a specific language or framework, we are looking for good software engineering skills and flexibility to discover new skills

Preferred

• Knowledge of Kotlin or Swift
• Knowledge of an industrial code development (code standards)

Conditions

Remuneration: 1000€
Start date: Early 2025
Duration: 6 months
Office: 60 avenue Rockefeller 69008 LYON (remote work is not possible)
